Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights available to consumers under Irish law.

1. About Tray Blazer
Tray Blazer is a sole proprietorship established in Ireland, with an office at Weavers Square, Dublin 8, Ireland. Our VAT number is IE2798398G. You may contact us at [email protected].
In these Terms, Tray Blazer, we, us and our refer to that business. The Platform means trayblazer.com and the publishing, collaboration, booking, payment-facilitation and related services that we provide through it.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms apply to registered and unregistered users, including Guests, Restaurants and Food Ambassadors. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, submitting or publishing a Kitchen Release, accepting a collaboration, purchasing a membership or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Platform for a company, restaurant or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Certain services may be subject to additional terms displayed during registration, checkout, Stripe onboarding or publication. Those additional terms form part of your agreement with the relevant party.
3. Tray Blazer vocabulary
For these Terms:
- A Kitchen Release or Release is a restaurant-led culinary offering published or presented through Tray Blazer for a stated date or period and with defined, limited availability. A Release may form part of the Restaurant’s public journey on Tray Blazer or may be intentionally excluded from the public archive, as described in section 8.
- A Restaurant is the restaurant business that owns, manages or lawfully operates the kitchen and supplies the food, beverages, premises and hospitality associated with a Release.
- A Food Ambassador is an independent professional who may propose, develop, present or promote a collaborative Release with a Restaurant. A Food Ambassador does not become the supplier of the food or hospitality merely by collaborating on a Release.
- A Professional User is a Restaurant representative or Food Ambassador using professional Platform features.
- A Guest is a person who explores, books, purchases or attends a Release.
- A Ticketed Release is a Release for which a ticket, reservation deposit, prepayment or other booking payment is processed through the Platform.
- An External-Booking Release is a Release for which booking or payment takes place through a restaurant or third-party service outside Tray Blazer.
- Release Content includes the title, description, photographs, menus, categories, tags, pricing, availability and other material supplied for a Release.
- A Food Ambassador Share is the percentage of the gross Guest payment allocated to a Food Ambassador for a particular collaborative Release, as agreed through the Platform.
- The Tray Blazer Fee is the Platform fee specified in section 12.
The name of a Release format or table does not change the Restaurant’s status as the legal supplier.
4. The role of Tray Blazer and the Restaurant
Tray Blazer provides a publishing, collaboration, booking and payment-facilitation platform. We do not own or operate the Restaurant’s kitchen, prepare or serve food, employ the Restaurant’s staff, control its premises or provide the underlying hospitality service.
For every Release, the Restaurant is the legal supplier of the food, beverages, premises and hospitality. The Restaurant is responsible for delivering the Release as described and for complying with all laws and professional obligations applicable to its business, including food safety, allergen information, hygiene, licensing, employment, accessibility, consumer protection, pricing and tax obligations.
When a Guest purchases a Ticketed Release, the contract for the food, hospitality and other elements of that Release is between the Guest and the Restaurant. Tray Blazer facilitates publication, booking and payment but is not the supplier of the Release.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, franchise, fiduciary or agency relationship between Tray Blazer and a Restaurant or Food Ambassador, except that Tray Blazer may act as a limited payment and booking facilitator to the extent required to operate a transaction.
5. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an account, purchase a Release or use professional features. The Platform is not available to anyone whom we have previously suspended or removed, unless we give written permission.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it updated. You must keep your password and account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from a failure for which we are legally responsible.
You must not share, sell, rent or transfer your account or misrepresent your identity, business, authority or relationship with Tray Blazer or another person. We may require reasonable evidence of identity, authority, restaurant affiliation, licensing, insurance or other professional status.
6. Professional profiles and authority
A person creating or managing a Restaurant profile confirms that they are authorised by the Restaurant to do so and to publish or approve Releases on its behalf.
Professional Users must ensure that profile and payout information remains accurate. A public profile must not falsely imply endorsement, accreditation or a relationship that does not exist.
Professional access and publishing access are separate. Creating a profile or workspace does not by itself create a right to publish a Release, receive payments or participate in a Ticketed Release. Relevant membership, collaboration approval and Stripe readiness requirements must also be satisfied.
7. Memberships and professional access
Tray Blazer may offer free and paid professional access, including Publish and Editorial memberships. The features, price, taxes and billing interval applicable to a membership are shown on the Pricing and Memberships page and at checkout before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring membership price and applicable taxes using your selected payment method.
You may cancel a membership at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide a prorated refund for a partially used billing period.
If a recurring payment fails, we may allow a seven-day grace period. If payment is not restored during that period, publishing capabilities may be suspended or removed. Drafts, Release Briefs and workspace content may remain accessible, subject to these Terms and our retention practices.
Free access may allow Professional Users to prepare drafts or Release Briefs but does not include a right to publish. Publish access may permit Ticketed Releases and eligible Food Ambassador collaborations. Editorial access may additionally permit non-ticketed or External-Booking Releases. The current feature description displayed at purchase governs if the membership structure changes.
We may change membership prices or features prospectively. We will give notice of a material change affecting an existing paid membership before it takes effect, as required by law. Continued use after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Creating and publishing Releases
The original author is responsible for ensuring that Release Content is accurate, lawful and sufficiently clear before submission. The Restaurant must verify all operational information for a Release, including the date, time, location, menu, price, capacity, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions and relevant dietary or accessibility information.
Professional Users must use the term Release or Kitchen Release where the Platform requires it and must not present a Release in a misleading, exaggerated or materially incomplete manner.
We may review, decline, unpublish, correct the presentation of or request changes to a Release where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, respond to a complaint or preserve the purpose and editorial standards of Tray Blazer. Editorial review by Tray Blazer does not transfer the Restaurant’s legal responsibility for the Release to us.
Each Release shall have a defined date or period and limited availability. For a Ticketed Release, the Restaurant must set a finite capacity or ticket allocation. A draft, pending collaboration or pending Release is not publicly available and does not guarantee publication.
When publishing, the authorised Professional User may choose whether an eligible Release remains visible as part of the Restaurant’s public journey and archive or is hidden from that public journey. Hiding a Release from the public archive does not cancel it, invalidate confirmed bookings or remove transaction, reporting, legal or operational records. Tray Blazer may retain and make those records available to authorised users where reasonably necessary to administer the Release, meet legal obligations, handle disputes or maintain accurate accounts.
A Release that is hidden from the public journey may still be accessible to authorised participants, collaborators and Guests through their accounts, booking confirmations or a direct access route supplied for the Release. The privacy setting does not guarantee absolute secrecy, and Professional Users must not publish confidential or unlawfully disclosed information in Release Content.
9. Collaborative Releases and approval
A collaborative Release requires approval through the collaboration process made available on the Platform. The original author must identify the participating Restaurant and any Food Ambassador accurately.
Before publication, the relevant Restaurant and Food Ambassador must have the opportunity to review the Release and agree to the proposed Food Ambassador Share. A collaboration request, draft or suggested percentage is not binding until accepted through the Platform or otherwise recorded by Tray Blazer.
An agreed Food Ambassador Share applies only to the specified Release. It does not create an entitlement to a percentage of other sales, later bookings, Restaurant revenue or future Releases.
The original author remains responsible for requested edits and final submission. Publication does not make a Food Ambassador the Restaurant’s agent, employee, partner or food-service supplier.
A material change after approval may require renewed approval. Material changes may include the Restaurant, Food Ambassador, Share, price, date, core concept, material menu elements, capacity or other information that could reasonably affect a collaborator’s decision. Tray Blazer may block publication or payment until renewed approval is recorded.
10. Food Ambassador responsibilities
A Food Ambassador must act honestly and professionally, disclose relevant commercial relationships and avoid misleading statements about the Restaurant, Release or expected experience.
A Food Ambassador may contribute editorial direction, audience insight, presentation or promotion, but must not:
- represent that they operate or control the Restaurant’s kitchen unless that is independently true;
- make commitments about food safety, allergens, licensing, service or availability without the Restaurant’s confirmation;
- purchase, harvest or misuse Guest information for unrelated marketing;
- inflate attendance, engagement or other performance information;
- publish a collaborative Release without the Restaurant’s approval; or
- demand or retain a Share different from the percentage recorded for the Release.
Food Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax, registration and reporting obligations arising from Shares received. They are not entitled to employee benefits or reimbursement unless separately agreed in writing with the Restaurant.
11. Booking and Guest contracts
Before booking, Guests must review the Release description, date, time, location, price, inclusions, cancellation conditions and any instructions supplied by the Restaurant.
A booking is confirmed only when the Platform displays confirmation or sends a confirmation communication. Availability shown before confirmation is not guaranteed.
The amount charged may represent full prepayment, a reservation deposit redeemable against the final Restaurant bill or another arrangement clearly stated in the Release. The Restaurant is responsible for honouring any stated redemption or credit arrangement.
Guests must provide accurate booking information and follow reasonable Restaurant rules relating to attendance, conduct, age verification and the safe provision of hospitality. A Guest who books for another person must ensure that the attendee receives the applicable Release information and conditions.
For an External-Booking Release, the booking and payment contract is concluded outside Tray Blazer. The Restaurant or external booking provider’s terms, privacy practices, fees and cancellation rules apply. Tray Blazer does not receive or control the external payment and is not responsible for the operation of the external booking service.
12. Platform Fee and payment allocation
For a Ticketed Release, the Tray Blazer Fee is 4% of the gross amount paid by the Guest through the Platform, unless a different fee is clearly disclosed and agreed before publication.
For a collaborative Release, the gross Guest payment is allocated as follows:
- 4% to Tray Blazer;
- the agreed Food Ambassador Share to the Food Ambassador; and
- the remaining balance to the Restaurant.
For example, where the agreed Food Ambassador Share is 10%, 4% is allocated to Tray Blazer, 10% to the Food Ambassador and 86% to the Restaurant. If a different Food Ambassador Share is agreed, the Restaurant receives the balance after deducting the 4% Tray Blazer Fee and that agreed Share.
For a Restaurant-only Ticketed Release, 4% is allocated to Tray Blazer and 96% to the Restaurant.
Stripe payment-processing costs are borne by Tray Blazer under the current model and are not deducted from the stated Restaurant or Food Ambassador percentages. Tray Blazer must maintain adequate funds in its Stripe platform account to meet those costs. We may change this allocation prospectively only after clear notice and agreement for future Releases; an agreed allocation for an existing Release will not be changed retrospectively except to correct an error or process a refund, dispute, chargeback or legally required adjustment.
Percentages are calculated on the gross amount actually collected through the Platform for the relevant booking. Taxes that a Restaurant or Food Ambassador owes on its own income remain that party’s responsibility.
13. Stripe and Stripe Connect
Payment processing services for Restaurants and Food Ambassadors using Ticketed Releases are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the applicable Stripe Services Agreement (together, the Stripe Services Agreement).
By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a connected Restaurant or Food Ambassador on Tray Blazer, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time.
As a condition of Tray Blazer enabling payment processing, you must provide Tray Blazer and Stripe with accurate and complete information about you and your business. You authorise Tray Blazer to share that information, and transaction information relating to your use of Stripe payment services, with Stripe. Stripe processes connected-account data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.
You must complete and maintain any Stripe verification, onboarding, capability or payout requirement applicable to your role. A Food Ambassador must have an eligible, payout-enabled connected account before receiving a Share. A Restaurant must meet the applicable Stripe requirements before receiving payment for Ticketed Releases.
Payout timing, reserves, verification reviews and availability may be affected by Stripe’s rules and banking systems. Tray Blazer is not responsible for a delay caused solely by Stripe, a bank, incomplete verification or inaccurate account information, but we will provide reasonable assistance with a Platform-related query.
You authorise Tray Blazer and Stripe, to the extent permitted by law and the Stripe Services Agreement, to deduct, reverse, debit, withhold or recover amounts required to deal with refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, errors, negative balances or other payment adjustments connected with a Release.
14. Guest cancellation and ticket transfers
Release bookings commonly involve catering or leisure services arranged for a specific date or period. The statutory cooling-off right that applies to many online purchases may therefore not apply. This does not affect a Guest’s rights where a service is not supplied, is unsafe or fails to conform to the contract.
For every Food Ambassador Release, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable when the Guest merely changes their mind, cannot attend or no longer wishes to attend.
For a Restaurant-only Release, the Restaurant may offer a more flexible cancellation policy if it states that policy clearly in the Release description before purchase. If no different policy is stated, the Tray Blazer default applies: the booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable for a change of mind or inability to attend.
Subject to the Release description and reasonable notice requirements, a Guest may transfer a booking to another eligible person. The original purchaser remains responsible for giving the substitute attendee all relevant information. A transfer does not override age, identity, capacity, dietary or other legitimate Restaurant requirements.
A ticket or booking may not be offered or resold for more than the total price originally paid for it. Commercial resale, speculative resale and resale made for profit are prohibited. A permitted transfer must not misrepresent the Release, alter the booking or evade Platform or Restaurant requirements. Tray Blazer or the Restaurant may cancel a booking or refuse a purported transfer that breaches this section, subject to applicable consumer law. Neither Tray Blazer nor the Restaurant is responsible for payments made through an unauthorised resale channel.
15. Cancellation or change by a Restaurant
If the Restaurant cancels a Ticketed Release and does not provide the contracted service, affected Guests are entitled to the refund required by law. The Restaurant must notify Tray Blazer promptly and cooperate in communicating with Guests and processing refunds.
If a Release is rescheduled or materially changed, the Restaurant must notify affected Guests. Where the change is material to the Guest’s contract, the Guest will be offered the remedy required by law, which may include accepting the revised Release or receiving a refund.
A Restaurant must not ask a Guest to represent that the Guest cancelled when the Restaurant is unable or unwilling to provide the Release.
Refunds may reverse the corresponding Restaurant allocation and Food Ambassador Share. Each recipient authorises Tray Blazer to recover or set off its proportionate part of a refund, dispute or chargeback. Where the cancellation or problem results from a particular party’s breach, fraud, misrepresentation or unauthorised action, that party may be responsible for additional resulting costs to the extent permitted by law.
16. Food safety, allergens and dietary information
The Restaurant alone controls the kitchen and is responsible for food safety, hygiene, preparation, storage, service and compliance with applicable food law.
The Restaurant must provide legally required allergen information and respond appropriately to Guest questions. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should contact the Restaurant before booking and again before consuming any food. Unless expressly confirmed by the Restaurant, neither Tray Blazer nor a Food Ambassador can guarantee that a dish or kitchen is free from an allergen or cross-contamination risk.
A Food Ambassador may reproduce allergen or dietary information supplied or confirmed by the Restaurant but must not independently guarantee food safety or suitability.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Alcohol and age-restricted products
A Release may include alcohol only where Tray Blazer has permitted the relevant use following any required Stripe or payment-provider clearance and the Restaurant is legally entitled to advertise and serve it.
The Restaurant is solely responsible for its liquor licence, age verification, responsible service, permitted hours, advertising and all other legal requirements relating to alcohol. A Ticket is not proof of age and does not create an unconditional entitlement to receive alcohol.
The Restaurant may refuse to serve alcohol where identification is insufficient, the Guest is underage, service would be unlawful or unsafe, or refusal is otherwise required or permitted by law. Unless the Restaurant expressly offers an alternative, such a lawful refusal does not by itself entitle the Guest to a refund for the Release as a whole.
Professional Users must not structure, describe or promote a Release in a way that targets minors with alcohol, bypasses Stripe restrictions or suggests that age verification is unnecessary.
18. Intellectual property and the Editorial Guidance
Tray Blazer owns or licenses the Platform, brand, logos, interface, software, Release methodology, editorial framework, Release Brief structure, templates, training materials, AI instructions and the Tray Blazer Editorial AI Guidance (together, Tray Blazer Materials).
Subject to these Terms, Tray Blazer grants an eligible Professional User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use relevant Tray Blazer Materials solely to prepare, develop and publish authorised Releases through Tray Blazer.
Unless we give prior written permission, you must not:
- use the Editorial Guidance, Release methodology, templates or AI instructions to develop, publish or support a release or competing offering outside Tray Blazer;
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or make available all or a substantial part of any Tray Blazer Materials;
- share them as a prompt, framework, training document, course, download, database or reference resource;
- use them to train, configure, evaluate or build a competing service, methodology, model or AI system;
- sell, license, sublicense or otherwise exploit them independently of an authorised Tray Blazer Release;
- remove or obscure ownership, copyright, trademark or attribution notices; or
- reverse engineer or circumvent technical or access controls protecting the Platform or Tray Blazer Materials, except to the limited extent that applicable law does not permit that restriction.
Access to guidance or professional tools does not transfer ownership. The licence ends when professional access ends, except that content already lawfully published through Tray Blazer may remain available in accordance with these Terms.
The expressions Tray Blazer, Kitchen Release, associated logos and the Platform’s distinctive presentation may be protected by trademark, copyright, passing-off and other laws. No right is granted to use them in a manner suggesting an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.
19. User Content and licence to Tray Blazer
You retain ownership of original User Content that you create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. You must have all permissions necessary to upload and use it, including permissions relating to photographs, menus, music, trademarks, personal data and contributions from collaborators.
You grant Tray Blazer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, communicate and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the Platform and to publish, promote and archive the relevant Release and professional profile. This licence includes reasonable adaptation for layout, accessibility, translation, technical compatibility and promotional excerpts, but does not transfer ownership of your original content to Tray Blazer.
The licence continues for as long as the content is hosted or reasonably required for transaction records, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups or an agreed archive. Where reasonably possible, we will stop public promotional use of removed content after account termination, but prior lawful publications and materials already distributed may remain.
You remain responsible for User Content and warrant that it is accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states opinions, lawful, non-infringing and not misleading.
20. Advertising, endorsements and promotions
A Professional User who receives money, free products, hospitality or another benefit connected with content must disclose the commercial relationship clearly and comply with applicable advertising rules. Sponsored or promotional material must be readily distinguishable from independent editorial material.
If you conduct a competition, prize promotion or similar campaign, you are its promoter and are responsible for its rules, administration, permissions, prizes and legal compliance. You must not state or imply that Tray Blazer sponsors or endorses it unless we have agreed in writing.
Tray Blazer may feature, order or highlight Releases based on relevance, recency, editorial judgment, availability or promotional arrangements. Where placement is paid or sponsored, it will be identified where required by law.
21. Privacy and participant information
Our Privacy Notice explains how Tray Blazer processes personal data. Restaurants and Food Ambassadors must use personal data obtained through the Platform only for lawful purposes connected with the relevant Release and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Restaurants may receive information reasonably required to administer a booking and provide the Release, which may include attendee name, email address, booking quantity and order status. Food Ambassadors may receive aggregate performance information necessary to understand a collaborative Release, but do not automatically receive identifying attendee information.
No user may harvest, sell, disclose or use Guest or collaborator information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and any required consent. Each independent business is responsible for its own privacy notices and data-protection obligations.
22. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights or facilitate unsafe activity;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent a Restaurant, collaboration, endorsement or commercial relationship;
- publish false, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, fraudulent or materially misleading content;
- promote unhealthy or unsafe practices irresponsibly;
- send spam or harvest contact information;
- manipulate bookings, Shares, reviews, followers, attendance or performance information;
- access another account or restricted area without permission;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the Platform, its security or another user’s use;
- scrape or systematically extract Platform content or data without written permission, except where applicable law prevents that restriction;
- circumvent membership, publishing, collaboration, payment, capacity, privacy or content controls; or
- use the Platform or Tray Blazer Materials to create or support a competing service in breach of section 18.
We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, enforce these Terms or respond to a lawful request.
23. Suspension, removal and termination
You may stop using the Platform and may request account closure, subject to outstanding bookings, payment obligations, record-retention duties and applicable law.
We may restrict professional features, unpublish a Release, suspend payouts where permitted, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:
- these Terms or applicable law have been breached;
- information or authority cannot be verified;
- a Release presents a safety, fraud, payment or reputational risk;
- Stripe or another essential provider restricts the relevant service;
- refunds, disputes, cancellations or complaints indicate material misuse or an inability to fulfil Releases;
- fees remain unpaid after an applicable grace period; or
- we must do so for a legitimate technical, security or business reason.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to protect Guests, collaborators, the Platform or the public, or to comply with law.
Termination does not remove accrued payment, refund, chargeback, confidentiality, intellectual-property, data-protection or indemnity obligations. It does not affect Guest contracts already formed with a Restaurant.
24. Platform availability and third-party services
We aim to operate the Platform with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, third-party services, banking systems or events outside reasonable control may affect access.
The Platform may link to or depend on third-party services such as Stripe or external booking providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices apply. Tray Blazer is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions, but this does not exclude responsibility that Tray Blazer has under mandatory law for its own service.
Professional Users should retain appropriate copies of essential Release and business records.
25. Responsibility and liability
Each Restaurant is responsible for claims, losses and costs arising from its food, beverages, premises, staff, licensing, Release Content, cancellation or failure to supply a Release, except to the extent caused by Tray Blazer’s breach or unlawful act.
Each Food Ambassador is responsible for claims, losses and costs arising from their unauthorised commitments, unlawful content, misleading promotion, infringement or breach of the agreed collaboration, except to the extent caused by Tray Blazer or the Restaurant.
To the extent permitted by law, a Professional User will indemnify Tray Blazer against a third-party claim arising directly from that Professional User’s unlawful content, infringement, fraud, wilful misconduct or material breach of these Terms. Tray Blazer will give reasonable notice of the claim and will not agree to an unreasonable settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on the Professional User without consultation.
Tray Blazer is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to provide our Platform services with the care and skill required by law. We are not responsible for loss caused by the Restaurant’s supply of the Release, a Food Ambassador’s independent conduct, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or an event outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For a Professional User acting in the course of business, and only to the extent permitted by law, Tray Blazer’s aggregate liability arising from the Platform in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of €100 or the Platform and membership fees paid by that Professional User to Tray Blazer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This business-to-business limit does not apply to payment amounts held for onward allocation, fraud, wilful misconduct or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
26. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem with a Release, contact the Restaurant and [email protected] promptly, giving the Release name, booking information and a clear description of the issue. We may ask the parties for relevant information and may assist communication, but the Restaurant remains responsible for resolving Guest claims concerning the supplied food and hospitality.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using rights or remedies available under applicable law, including an applicable small-claims process or reporting a matter to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute with Tray Blazer are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent court under applicable consumer law.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Platform, membership features, payments, security or our business model. We will post the updated Terms and identify the effective date.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, professional payment arrangement or other ongoing contractual right, we will provide reasonable advance notice as required by law. A change will not retrospectively alter a confirmed Guest booking or agreed Share except where required by law, necessary to process a refund or payment correction, or expressly agreed by the affected parties.
28. General provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only if clearly given by the party granting it.
You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine business transfer or restructuring, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Release description, the terms displayed at checkout and any applicable collaboration or membership terms constitute the relevant agreement concerning use of the Platform. If they conflict, a specifically agreed Release or checkout term prevails for that transaction, except that no term overrides mandatory law.
Provisions intended by their nature to continue after termination—including payment adjustments, intellectual property, privacy, liability and dispute provisions—will survive.
29. Legal requests and contact
Questions and ordinary complaints may be sent to [email protected].
Formal legal notices and properly issued requests relating to legal proceedings must be served at Tray Blazer’s stated office address or at another address that we formally designate. A request should identify the relevant account, Release, transaction and time period as precisely as possible. Nothing in this section restricts a method of service that must be accepted under applicable law.
