Membership and payments serve different purposes

Your membership determines how your restaurant can publish. Stripe Connect is used separately to receive payouts from ticketed releases.

Membership

Publish and Editorial are monthly subscriptions. You can view, change or cancel your membership from your account.

Ticket payments and payouts

Ticketed releases require an eligible Stripe Connect account. Tray Blazer retains a 4% platform fee from ticket payments. The remaining amount is allocated to the restaurant and, where applicable, an approved Food Ambassador according to the share agreed for the release.

Food Ambassadors

Food Ambassadors do not require a publishing membership. They need an eligible Stripe Connect account and an approved collaboration with a restaurant. Their share is agreed separately for each collaborative release.

Membership questions

Can I prepare a release before paying?

Yes. Your professional workspace, release briefs and drafts are available without a paid membership. A membership is required when you are ready to publish.

Do I need Stripe Connect?

Stripe Connect is required when a restaurant publishes a ticketed release or when a Food Ambassador receives a share from a collaborative release. Editorial members can publish non-ticketed releases using an external booking link without connecting a payout account first.

Can I change membership?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel through My Account. We show any immediate prorated upgrade charge and the next renewal date before you confirm the change.

What happens if I cancel?

Your professional workspace, briefs and drafts remain available. Paid publishing access ends with the subscription; your work is not deleted.
