  • Paper Pan: This option is all about embracing tradition with a twist. Available for solo diners or groups, it’s a dish that’ll transport you back to your childhood. You might need to do a little home reheating, but trust us, it’s worth it!
  • The Chef’s Table: For the ultimate dining experience, join us at the restaurant. It’s your chance to savor what our chef has been working on. It’s a sneak peek at future menus and a showcase of our diverse culinary influences.

Can’t make it to the restaurant? No worries! Some Tray Blazers offer delivery options. Just make sure to enter your address in the attendee details, and we’ll arrange a delivery for you.

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment, and we’ll give you a full refund, minus payment processor fees. However, please note that we can’t offer refunds for last-minute cancellations within the 48-hour window, especially for items that require fresh ingredients and complex logistics.

Your safety is essential to us. If you have allergies, please reach out to our Partner Restaurants before placing your order. While we can’t guarantee allergen-free dishes, we encourage waitstaff to provide specific allergy information in the comments or item descriptions.

For restaurants and venues, we ask that you create a separate business profile. This helps us keep things organized. If you’re a Tray Blazer working with these establishments, stick with a personal account. You can always upgrade your profile to become a Tray Blazer by filling out the payout and other necessary fields. Keep in mind, upgrading a personal account to a business doesn’t change your username.

If your event hasn’t been published, it’s probably because you only listed one organizer. We require at least two organizers: the restaurant and the Tray Blazer. To fix this, simply resubmit your event by clicking “Update Tasting Event.” Remember, we only allow food prepared in professional kitchens to be sold.

Capacity is all about planning and experience. To make sure you can meet the demand, set the maximum quantity that can be produced. It’s like finding the right balance between what your audience wants and what your kitchen can handle. Set the capacity for one ticket, if you need to create multiple tickets please make sure to contact us so we can apply your discount code for each ticket as needed.

Restaurants, venues, and Tray Blazers need to create an account before they appear in the drop-down menus. So, if you can’t find someone in the list, they might not have registered yet.
