If your event hasn’t been published, it’s probably because you only listed one organizer. We require at least two organizers: the restaurant and the Tray Blazer. To fix this, simply resubmit your event by clicking “Update Tasting Event.” Remember, we only allow food prepared in professional kitchens to be sold. Please make sure your account is activated on Stripe prior to posting new events.
Yes, every “Experience” must include a waiter acting as a Tray Blazer listed among the organizers, alongside the restaurant. While Tray Blazers do not receive a 10% commission for Experiences, they play a key role in coordinating the event and ensuring a seamless connection with guests. This also benefits them by increasing their visibility, helping “Tray Blazer Tables” reach the audience gained through experiences.
Capacity is all about planning and experience. To make sure you can meet the demand, set the maximum quantity that can be produced, decide how many tables you can attend at a given time. It’s like finding the right balance between what your audience wants and what your kitchen can handle. Set the capacity for one ticket, if you need to create multiple tickets please make sure to contact us so we can apply your discount code for each ticket as needed.
Restaurants, venues, and Tray Blazers need to create an account before they appear in the drop-down menus. So, if you can’t find someone in the list, they might not have registered yet.
